 Holland Construction Services was chosen to construct this new four-building property located at 1351 McCutcheon Avenue in Richmond Heights, MO.

The buildings provide a total of 46 apartments including a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 762 to 1,465 square feet.

This $8.4 million project is the second phase of development at the community.
