Holland Construction was chosen to construct this luxury urban style apartment complex in The Grove district.

The project, developed by Koman Group and Green Street Properties, offers residents resort-style amenities with the convenience of living in the city.

The 270,000 square-foot complex, owned and managed by Koman Group, features 235 apartments ranging from studios to 3-bedrooms, in addition to 18,000 square feet of retail space. The four-story building wraps around a parking garage and includes a resort-style pool and hot tub, outdoor barbecues, fitness center, dog park and spa, a clubroom with full kitchen, and a business center with conference room and independent work spaces.
