Holland Construction Services served as construction manager on this 15,000 square-foot two-story building in Fairview Heights, IL. It features an impressive, glass clerestory lobby with arched roof, high-end finishes and open staircase leading to second floor offices. The building includes three drive-thru lanes and a drive-up ATM.
Holland also completed a remodel project at this location in 2015, as well as at Association Bank's locations in Belleville, Alton, Columbia, and Millstadt.
