Holland Construction Services completed this new 105,000 square-foot apartment community developed by Pier Property Group.
This six-story building located in Midtown St. Louis features 105 luxury apartments, along with a two-story structured parking garage, 10,000 square feet of retail space and amenities such as a fitness center, pet spa, a rooftop pool and green space.The project was designed by architecture firm, Trivers, out of St. Louis.
This is the second development Holland has worked on with Pier Property Group.
