HCS has work since 2006 without a lost time accident and has lowered our insurance EMR (Experience Modifying Rate) by .28 points. Our current EMR is at .86

HCS has received the ‘Safety Excellence’ award from the Southern Illinois Builders (SIBA) each year dating back to 2007 (5+ years).

HCS has also been awarded SIBA’s Safety Merit Award for contractors working between 60,000 – 150,000 man-hours without a Lost time Accident.

HCS has additionally received safety recognition awards from the American General Contractor Association (AGC-Saint Louis) over the past 5 years.

HCS has received numerous safety related awards from Bituminous Insurance based on TCIR rates (OSHA recordable) & DART rates (OSHA lost time cases) being well below industry average over the last 5-years.
