YMCA Sports Complex
The new expanded YMCA ranks among the largest in the United States. It offers many amenities that are unique to the area, including a roller skating rink, gymnasium, five tennis courts, gymnastics center, climbing wall, fitness center, locker rooms and meeting rooms. Construction methods used on the project was also unique for a YMCA. A combination of metal building, conventional structural steel, and load bearing masonry construction were all used to allow for superior functionality and competitive pricing. "This exciting project brings a new, impressive level of recreational services to the community," said Bruce Holland, president of HCS. "We look forward to seeing residents enjoy what we worked with the owner to create."
