Holland Construction Services Building New Wagner Motor Car Company Facility

BELLEVILLE - Holland Construction Services is proud to announce the beginning of work on the new Wagner Pontiac, Buick, GMC building for Wagner Motor Car Co. in Belleville.
The dealership will virtually double its current space with the new 34,590-square-foot, $4.7 million facility at 3800 West State Route 15, near the Frank Scott Parkway overpass.
Situated on 10 acres, the single-story building will feature a large, new car showroom and outdoor canopy, a parts department, a 20-bay service department and business offices, with plenty of room for future expansion.
Rusty Wagner, president of Wagner Pontiac, Buick, GMC, said the new building will enable the company to grow even further by providing a larger, more modern facility with convenient customer parking and additional vehicle display spaces, as well as quick and easy accessibility.

Wagner Motor Car Company opened in 1912 and is the oldest family-owned new car dealership in the Metro-East.
