Holland Construction Services Completes New Wagner Motor Car Co. Facility

BELLEVILLE - Holland Construction Services has completed a new Wagner Pontiac, Buick, GMC building for Wagner Motor Car Co. at 3800 West State Route 15, near the Frank Scott Parkway overpass in Belleville.

The new $4.7 million, 34,590-square-foot dealership is nearly double the size of the previous space, and the new 10-acre site allows plenty of room for new and used vehicle display.

The new building features a larger new car showroom and outdoor canopy, a parts department, a 20-bay service department and business offices, with space for future expansion. An inside delivery area will allow customers to pick up newly purchased vehicles indoors during inclement weather.

Rusty Wagner, president of Wagner Pontiac, Buick, GMC, said the new building will enable the company to grow even further with the larger, modern facility, convenient customer parking and increased traffic exposure in an excellent location.

Holland Construction also built the expansion to the Wagner dealership's building in 1992 when it picked up the GMC franchise.

Wagner Motor Car Company opened in 1912 and is the oldest family-owned new car dealership in the Metro-East.
