Hanna, the $1.7 million, 11,886-square-foot dealership features masonry construction and an aluminum storefront system. "This is a wonderful introduction into the community, and Holland Construction did a wonderful job," said John E. Hanna, president of the corporation. "We're very happy to be doing business in the O'Fallon area." Holleran Duitsman Architects of St. Louis provided architectural services on the project. Subaru of America, Inc. is a subsidiary of Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd. of Japan, with nearly 600 dealers across the United States. HCS continues to be involved in the development of O'Fallon's Central Park Drive, where it has a number of projects in process, including a BMW dealership and the expansion of a Toyota and a Honda dealership. HCS is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. The company has been providing quality construction throughout Missouri and Illinois since 1986, when it was founded by Bruce Holland. HCS offers design/build, general contracting and construction management services to commercial, retail, healthcare, senior living, light industrial and educational clients. In 2005, The St. Louis Business Journal ranked the firm as one of the top 25 contractors in the St. Louis area. HCS is based in Swansea, IL, with a second office in St. Louis.
