Holland Construction Services Completes St. Clair Crossing Retail Center

FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS, IL - Holland Construction Services is proud to announce completion of St. Clair Crossing at the corner of U.S. Highway 50 and Illinois Route 159 in Fairview Heights.
The $970,000 structure includes a 10,000-square-foot retail center constructed of brick and stone veneer, featuring EIFS accents.
St. Clair Crossing is owner Castle Hill Holdings LLC's first Illinois retail center, and Justin Saverin, vice president of real estate, said the company chose Holland Construction due to its excellent reputation.
"Holland was highly recommended, and we have been very pleased with the process and the results of this project," Saverin said. "We definitely plan to continue to expand in the Metro East and will not hesitate to once again turn to Holland Construction."
St. Clair Crossing is anchored by a 3,000-square-foot Cingular Wireless retail store, with the remaining 7,000 square feet to be filled with a casual restaurant and other retail tenants.
EWR Associates, Inc. of Swansea provided architectural services.
