Holland Construction Services Begins Construction of Phoenix Walk

O'FALLON, MO - Holland Construction Services started construction on Phoenix Walk at Winghaven, a retail shopping center at the northeast corner of Winghaven Boulevard and Phoenix Parkway in O'Fallon, MO.
The $3.6 million project will provide 22,446 square feet to be used for retail tenants, with 4,000 square feet reserved as offices for owner Provider Plus, Inc., and an additional 4,000 square feet, which will serve as warehousing space for the company's medical equipment products.
A clock tower feature - visible from Winghaven Drive - will provide a focal point for the new brick veneer structure.
"We are very pleased to be working with Provider Plus on this impressive retail structure," said Bruce Holland, president of Holland Construction. "It's a nice addition for the community that will provide convenient services and retail access."
Four additional buildings are planned for the site including a second retail facility, a bank, childcare facility and office building.
Architectural services on the project were provided by Aedis, Inc. of St. Louis.
Provider Plus, Inc. was formed more than 15 years ago. The company provides healthcare solution products - serving hospitals, HMOs, developmental centers, nursing homes, pharmacies, physicians and other medical providers.
