Holland Construction Consolidates Offices

In an effort to consolidate resources, resulting in even better service and convenience for clients and sub-contractors, the management at Holland Construction Services Inc., along with recommendations from the company's advisory board, has made the decision to unite Ladue office personnel with employees at the company's headquarters in Swansea.
With the Mississippi River "barrier" diminishing, and the bi-state area continuing to meld, a satellite office just 20 minutes from headquarters does not make as much sense as it once did.
"We will continue efforts to market and develop business in the entire St. Louis Metropolitan region, and we're no less excited about the opportunity to work in Missouri than we've ever been," said Holland Construction President Bruce Holland. "We will continue to serve our clients wherever they desire to build."
Holland Construction is a centrally located, regional contractor, serving regional businesses, and will be completely available and accessible - as always.
In addition, with all Holland Construction employees working at a common location in Swansea, there will be better opportunity for teamwork and rapport. The Swansea office has recently been expanded to accommodate additional staff needs, and a new office building is currently in the planning stages.
