Holland Construction Services Completes Facility Housing Nu Way Concrete Forms

TROY, IL - Holland Construction Services (HCS) recently completed the new $2.7 million facility for Troy Madison Development Corp., housing Nu Way Concrete Forms, Inc.'s first Illinois location.
The 42,570-square-foot, single-story building at 7651 East Resource Drive in Troy was completed using tilt-up concrete construction, featuring the "Nu Way" blue stripe around the perimeter and blue standing seam metal awnings. The structure provides a 16,000-square foot showroom, warehouse and offices with an extensive parking area. The building replaces leased space and significantly increases Nu-Way's office and warehouse space, allowing for increased inventory stock.
Greg Rhomberg, general manager of the Nu Way Companies, said that the Holland team was professional; performed neat, thorough work, and was very responsive to the company's needs.
"Holland provided value-added engineering that brought the cost down without sacrificing quality," Rhomberg said. "The project was on time and under budget."
The structure was designed by The Associates of Overland, MO.
Nu Way established the Illinois store to meet the increasingly high demand for the products it offers its Illinois customer base. Founded in 1955, Nu Way specializes in the sale and rental of concrete forms, equipment and accessories. The Troy store offers building materials, construction equipment and concrete supplies, as well as a line of Caterpillar equipment from Fabick, power tools and re-bar fabricating. Nu Way operates four additional stores in the Missouri cities of Wentzville, Jefferson City, Jackson and St. Louis.
