Holland Construction Services Completes Work on Newbold BMW Dealership
August 9th - O'FALLON, IL - Newbold's Toyota and BMW franchises are now separated into two buildings just across the street from each other on Central Park Drive in O'Fallon.
Holland Construction Services Inc. completed the new $3.9 million facility now housing Newbold BMW on two and a half acres at 1282 Central Park Drive.
The new 23,774-square-foot dealership is a unique two-story configuration, designed by EWR Associates, Inc. It features a 10-bay service department, service reception area and showroom, totaling 18,900 square feet on the main floor.
The 5,500-square-foot second floor opens to administrative offices overlooking the showroom below. The second floor also provides additional private offices and conference rooms.
Kent Newbold co-owns Newbold BMW and Newbold Toyota with his wife, Debbie. He said that they chose Holland Construction Services because of its proven track record in the construction of automobile dealerships.

BMW of North America, LLC prototype designs will be featured in the exterior and interior finishes. The masonry bearing structure will consist of aluminum storefront systems and EIFS on concrete block, with metal fascia and wall panels.
