Holland Construction Services Begins National City Bank Branch in O'Fallon

O'FALLON, IL - Holland Construction Services began construction on the third Metro East National City Bank branch in recent months.
The $1.9 million structure in O'Fallon, IL will serve as regional headquarters for the bank with a spacious 6,644 square feet. It is the first building to go up in the Shoppes at Green Mount Road development.
The one-story bank is scheduled for completion by the end of the year and will consist of a structural steel frame with brick veneer in contrasting beige and tan with limestone panels; a forest green architectural metal roof and four convenient customer drive-up lanes. Inside, the large lobby and teller line area will feature upscale woodworking, casework and ceramic tiling.
"Our experience with Holland Construction has been outstanding, and National City plans to continue to work with the company on future Illinois and Missouri banks," said Andrew Baker, National City executive vice president of retail banking. "The bank chose Holland due to its preeminent reputation in Southwestern Illinois."
National City plans several additional branches for Illinois, including one in Edwardsville, to provide added convenience for banking customers.
Holland Construction Services recently completed National City branches in Waterloo, the first National City Bank in the Metro East area and a second facility in Collinsville, which marked the 50th National City branch in the St. Louis Metropolitan area.
GPD Group of Akron, Ohio provided architectural services for the Waterloo, Collinsville and O'Fallon facilities.
