Holland Construction Services Completes First Metro East National City Bank

WATERLOO - Holland Construction Services recently completed a new National City Bank branch in Waterloo, marking the bank's first facility in the Metro East.
With approximately 3,500 square feet, the new $1.1 million bank features a large open customer lobby, private offices and conference rooms. The architectural metal roof tops the building's all brick construction. Three drive-up lanes and a drive-up automatic teller machine provide added customer convenience.
A similar National City bank facility is currently under construction in Collinsville and is scheduled for completion by the end of summer.
Andrew Baker, National City executive vice president of retail banking, said the bank chose Holland Construction due to the company's exceptional reputation.
"Our experience with Holland has been outstanding, and we plan to continue to work with the company on future banks in Illinois, as well as Missouri," Baker said.
The two branches in Waterloo and Collinsville are the first of several National City banks planned in Illinois - with one slated for O'Fallon and one for Edwardsville in 2007.
