Holland Construction Services Begins Construction On Montgomery Bank Branch in Des Peres

DES PERES, MO - Holland Construction Services broke ground in May on a new Montgomery Bank branch at Des Peres Pointe II.
The $3.2 million, 18,300-square-foot bank marks the seventh Montgomery Bank facility in the St. Louis area. The structural steel and concrete two-story building will feature exterior brick and cast stone architectural accents. First-class finishes inside such as granite counters and cherry finish compliment the teller stations and functional space on the first floor, as well as the second floor offices and board room.
A clock tower will become a focal point visible from Manchester Road. The bank will offer customers full-service banking and the convenience of four drive-up lanes and an automatic teller drive-up. A parking garage underneath the building gives employees added security and convenience.
"This represents our seventh facility in the St. Louis area," said Joel Montgomery, vice chairman and general council at Montgomery Bank. "Completion of this project will add to our expanding retail banking footprint."
Montgomery Bank is headquartered in Sikeston, MO, with 11 facilities throughout southeast Missouri and St. Louis. Also known as The First National Bank in Southeast Missouri, the bank has been serving Missouri for more than 40 years. A recent loan/deposit facility was opened in South Florida, with an additional Florida facility scheduled to open by year's end.
Montgomery Bank is the second facility built by Holland Construction at Des Peres Pointe II. The first was the 40,000-square-foot building at the triangle where East and West Manchester Roads adjoin. Much of the building is multi-tenant retail and restaurant space, with Trader Joe's specialty grocery store occupying about 11,000 square feet.
