Holland Construction Services Breaking Ground On Second Meridian Centre Office Building

GLEN CARBON - Holland Construction Services is delighted to announce the groundbreaking on the second Meridian Centre office building in the Meridian Commercial Park at 2246 Illinois Rte 157 in Glen Carbon at 9 a.m., Friday, July 28.
Meridian Centre Two will provide additional office space for the growing Edwardsville and Glen Carbon community. The three-story, $2.1 million building features 25,500 square feet and will be a mirror image of Meridian Centre One, the site's existing three-story building completed by HCS in 2001.
Developer and owner Meridian Partners, LLC includes partners Scott Carson, a financial planner; Dan Hurford of Hurford Architects; Gordon Jakel, of GKJ; Michael Hesterberg and Ed Breda - both oral surgeons; Dennis Hurford, an OB/GYN and Jeff Mastroianni, an orthodontist. All of the partners currently maintain offices in Meridian Centre One.
Dan Hurford said Holland did a wonderful job with the first building, and the partners are pleased to be working with the company again.
"We had such a great experience the first time," Hurford said. "Holland was very good to work with and provided quality construction."
Hurford Architects provided architectural services on the building.
