WARM-HEARTED GOLFERS TO BRAVE THE COLD WEATHER IN THE 7th KLONDIKE KLASSIC GOLF TOURNAMENT TO BENEFIT SWANSEA KINGDOM, A NEW CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUND


WHAT:
The 7TH Klondike Klassic, a "9-hole" fund raising golf tournament that will be played in the heart of winter - hoping for snow.
WHEN:
Saturday, February 9, 2008
8:30 a.m. - Continental breakfast
9:30 a.m. - Shotgun starts
12:30 p.m. - Luncheon and awards
WHO:
Holland Construction Services, Inc., a general contractor/construction manager located in Swansea, Illinois, is the sponsor/organizer of the Klondike Klassic Golf Tournament. 144 golfers are expected to participate - armed with winter coats, hats, gloves, and possibly snow boots.

WHY:
The tournament proceeds will benefit the Swansea Kingdom, a new children's playground, at Schranz Park, Swansea, Illinois. Holland Construction Services, Inc. is sponsoring the event and Swansea Kingdom will receive 100% of the net proceeds from the tournament, raffle, sponsors and contributors.
