Holland Construction Services to Begin Construction on Illinois Subaru Dealership

O'FALLON, IL - Holland Construction Services is pleased to announce that the start of construction on the new Subaru of America Inc. automobile dealership on Central Park Drive is scheduled to begin April 1, following a recent groundbreaking ceremony held last week.
The $1.7 million, 11,886-square-foot building is owned by John E. Hanna and will consist of masonry construction with structural steel and metal deck, and an aluminum storefront system. A large showroom will be featured at the front of the building, with a five-bay service area and four-bay body shop located at the rear. It will be the only Subaru dealership currently in the Metro East.
"Holland has been wonderful to work with and has helped with all of the pre-construction phases," John E. Hanna, president of the corporation, said. "I'm looking forward to the dealership's completion."
HCS is proud to continue to be involved in the development of O'Fallon's Central Park Drive, where it is in the process of a number of additional projects, including a BMW dealership and the expansion of a Toyota and a Honda dealership.
Holleran Duitsman Architects of St. Louis is providing architectural services for the Subaru building.
