Holland Construction Services Building Heritage Woods Facility

MT. VERNON - Construction is in process on the new Heritage Woods Supportive Living Facility in Mt. Vernon. Holland Construction Services broke ground this summer on what will provide 50,000 square feet of senior housing.
The $6 million building will feature a residential look and a T-shaped configuration with a central gathering area for dining, a kitchen and office areas, flanked by 66 apartment units containing a private bathroom, kitchenette and individual heating and air conditioning controls. Other facility amenities include a patio and tenant parking.
Holland recently built two other supportive living facilities - The Cambridge House of Maryville and O'Fallon - that are managed by BMA Management, Ltd., a subsidiary of Blair Minton & Associates, Inc., developer on the Heritage Woods project.
"We were so happy with the job that Holland did on the two Cambridge Houses, we knew we wanted them for the Mt. Vernon facility," said President Blair Minton. "We’ve been very pleased with Holland and the people we've worked with at the company."
Bonan Brothers Properties LLC are owners on the Mt. Vernon project. Gleason Architects, PC of Sugar Grove, IL is providing architectural services.
Plans are in process for Holland Construction to break ground by year's end on a 76-unit Heritage Woods of Centralia supportive living facility.
