Holland Construction Services Completes Construction on Des Peres Pointe - Phase II

DES PERES, MO - Holland Construction Services has completed construction of the multi-tenant retail building at Des Peres Pointe II.
The 40,000-square-foot, single-story masonry facility is accented with brick, cast stone and aluminum composite panels and features a large glass storefront.
The project is positioned on the prominent triangle where East and West Manchester roads adjoin. Trader Joe's specialty grocery store recently opened in 11,000 square feet of the new building. The remaining 29,000 square feet will feature a number of prominent retailers and restaurants.
"This building and the tenants it is drawing is a nice addition for the city of Des Peres," said Holland Construction President Bruce Holland. "We were very proud to provide construction services on this exciting development."
Holland Construction is also building a Montgomery Bank branch, currently under way at Des Peres Pointe II.
