Holland Construction Services Completes Supportive Living Facility in Maryville

MARYVILLE, ILLINOIS - Holland Construction Services recently completed construction of The Cambridge House of Maryville, owned by Milburn Road LLC.
The $7.3 million, three-story facility houses 103 apartments, offering residential-style senior living. The structure consists of three wings surrounding a core area with exercise room, television and library area, convenience shop and a common kitchen and dining room for residents.
High-level finishes throughout the building provides an upscale atmosphere; with a lounge featuring a stone fireplace and luxurious carpeting. Apartments are nicely finished and include emergency call systems, with some offering accessibility features.

Holland also completed a similar facility in O'Fallon two years ago, with another currently under construction in O'Fallon.
"This is our third project with Holland and we would definitely use them in the future due to the high quality of work and our satisfaction with previous jobs," Macaluso said. "Everyone - from subcontractors to staff - has a high morale and keep a very clean work site. I think that's a testament to how well the job is run."
