Breaks Ground on Associated Bank Facility

FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS, IL - Holland Construction Services (HCS) recently broke ground on a new Associated Bank branch facility at "The Shoppes at St. Clair Square," under development by CBL & Associates Properties, Inc., near the western entrance of St. Clair Square mall.
The $3.7 million, two-story Associated Bank building will include three drive-up lanes, in addition to an automated teller machine (ATM) drive-up, increased parking and easier access.
The 15,000-square-foot, brick veneer structure will feature an impressive, glass clerestory lobby with an arched roof, high-end finishes and an open staircase leading to offices on the second floor. The building will be constructed with a basement to be used for storage, employee break rooms and future expansion. McClellan Blakemore Architects are the architects on the project.
With an aggressive, seven-month schedule, completion of the bank is slated for July. The new building will replace the existing Associated Bank building, adjacent to the new site. This is the first building in this phase of the development.

"The Shoppes at St. Clair Square" lifestyle center is scheduled to include 15 new retailers, including Barnes & Noble, Ann Taylor LOFT, Chico's, Coldwater Creek, Jared Jewelers, J. Jill and Talbots.
