Holland Construction Services Completes New Fairview Heights Associated Bank Facility

FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS, IL - Holland Construction Services finished construction on the new Associated Bank branch facility, the first building that was completed in the current phase of "The Shoppes at St. Clair Square," under development by CBL & Associates Properties, Inc., near the western entrance of St. Clair Square mall.
Customers enter into the new Associated Bank building to an impressive, glass clerestory lobby with arched roof, high-end finishes and open staircase leading to second floor offices. The $3.7 million, 15,000-square-foot brick veneer building replaced an existing Associated Bank building, adjacent to the new site, and offers customers three new drive-up lanes, an automated teller machine drive-up, increased parking and easier access.
The building's basement floor will be used for storage, employee break rooms and future expansion.

Architectural services were performed by McClellan Blakemore Architects.
"The Shoppes at St. Clair Square" lifestyle center is scheduled to include 15 new retailers, including Jos. A. Bank Clothiers, Barnes & Noble, Ann Taylor LOFT, Chico's, Coldwater Creek, Jared Jewelers, J. Jill and Talbots, as well as eateries like Red Robin and Chico's.
