Holland Construction Services Completes Another new Walgreens - now open for business
BALLWIN, MO. - Holland Construction Services, Inc. completed the new Walgreen Co. retail store in the eastern wing of West County's Central Plaza.
Located at 15253 Manchester Road, the $2.6 million, 14,490-square-foot Walgreens retail location will replace the plaza's existing Walgreens, relocating to the site where a Hi-Fi-Fo-Fum store formerly stood. In addition to larger retail space, the new Walgreens store will offer a drive-thru pharmacy and photographic services for added customer convenience.
Holland Construction Services has a long working relationship with Pace Properties and the Walgreen Co.
Bruce Holland, president of Holland Construction Services, said HCS enjoyed working with both companies on the Central Plaza Walgreens and looks forward to future projects.

Among the multiple Walgreens retail locations constructed by Holland are the stores in Troy, Mo., Watson Road in Crestwood, Mo., Kennerly Center in South St. Louis County and North Lindbergh in Hazelwood.
