Holland Construction Services Completes High School Addition in O'Fallon

O'FALLON, IL. - Holland Construction Services, Inc. completed the new classroom addition for O'Fallon School District #203 allowing O'Fallon Township High School to provide relief for space demands due to continued growth in the area.

Seven classrooms, new chemistry labs and 1,000 square feet of administrative offices in the $3.7 million expansion gives the school space to spread out, relieving overcrowding in the building, while maintaining a quality learning environment, which was a high priority for OTHS, said Darcy Benway, OTHS District #203 superintendent.

"I have been involved with many school construction projects over the years, but this has been one of the best experiences I have had," Benway said. "Holland has an outstanding reputation in school construction, and the team was very professional and knowledgeable."

Wm. B. Ittner, Inc. provided architectural services for the project.

Holland Construction and Ittner are also teaming on the $37 million O'Fallon Township High School Millburn Freshmen Campus expansion, currently under construction for District #203.
