O’Fallon Township District #203 Adding Large Auditorium

O’FALLON, IL – Holland Construction Services, Inc. is again teaming with Wm. B. Ittner Inc. to increase and improve facilities for  O’Fallon Township High School District #203 – this time in the form of a new high school auditorium.

The $6.3 million, structural steel facility will encompass 20,000 square feet, with seating capacity for 740, providing a huge new space for the school, as well as availability for use by the entire O’Fallon community.

Holland Construction and Wm. B. Ittner also worked together on OTHS’s addition comprised of seven classrooms, two chemistry labs and 1,000 square feet of administrative offices.

Darcy Benway, OTHS District #203 superintendent said that she has been involved with many school construction projects, and the OTHS addition was one of the best school construction experiences she has ever had.

The Millburn Freshman Campus, a $37 million housing a “freshman only campus” for the district for the immediate future is also under way by HCS, designed by Ittner to accommodate future expansion for a freshman and sophomore setting or possibly even a freshman through senior campus.
