Holland Construction Services Completes Des Peres Montgomery Bank Branch
DES PERES, MO. - A new Montgomery Bank branch at Des Peres Pointe II is completed and open for business, recently completed by Swansea-based Holland Construction Services Inc.
The $3.2 million, 18,300-square-foot, two-story bank is constructed of structural steel and concrete, accented with exterior brick and cast stone and topped with a focal clock tower visible from Manchester Road.
Teller stations and functional spaces on the first floor feature upscale appointments like granite countertops and cherry finishes, as do the second floor boardroom and offices. Four convenient drive-up lanes and an automatic teller drive-up are available for customer convenience. An underground parking garage gives employees added security and easy access.
Joel Montgomery, vice chairman and general council at Montgomery Bank said the Des Peres branch represents Montgomery Bank's seventh facility in the St. Louis area, adding to its expanding retail banking footprint.
Montgomery Bank is headquartered in Sikeston, Mo., with 11 facilities throughout southeast Missouri and St. Louis. Also known as The First National Bank in Southeast Missouri, the bank has been serving Missouri for more than 40 years. A recent loan/deposit facility was opened in South Florida, with an additional Florida facility scheduled to open by year's end.
The bank is the second facility in the Des Peres II development built by Holland Construction. The first was the 40,000-square-foot, multi-tenant retail building where East and West Manchester Roads meet. Trader Joe's specialty grocery store occupies about 11,000 square feet of the structure.
