Holland Construction Services Completes Meridian Centre Two - Glen Carbon

GLEN CARBON, IL - The recently completed Meridian Centre Two professional office building stands as a mirror image to Meridian Centre One, both built by Holland Construction Services, Inc.
Located in Glen Carbon's Meridian Commercial Park, the three-story, $2.1 million Meridian Centre Two provides the growing Edwardsville/Glen Carbon community with 25,000 square feet of additional professional office space in a structural steel and masonry structure with an attractive curtain wall entrance.
Developer and owner Meridian Partners, LLC is comprised of a group of business partners, all who maintain professional offices in Meridian Centre One. Partner Dan Hurford of Hurford Architects, said the group had such a great experience working with Holland Construction on the first building in 2001, it was a natural to work with the company on the second.
"Once again, the Holland team was very good to work with, and the quality is always there," Hurford said.
Hurford Architects provided architectural services on the building.
