Holland Construction Services Completes New Heritage Woods Facility And Begins Another

Residents are moving into the new Heritage Woods Supportive Living Facility in Mt. Vernon, recently completed by Holland Construction Services.
The $5.7 million vinyl and brick veneer building features a residential look and a T-shaped configuration. Central gathering space is provided for dining, a kitchen and office areas, flanked by 66 apartment units containing a private bathroom, kitchenette and individual heating and air conditioning controls.
Meanwhile, ground was broken on a Heritage Woods Assisted Living Facility at 2049 E. McCord Street in Centralia, set to offer 54,851 square feet of senior housing by February 2008. The $6.4 million Heritage Woods of Centralia will be the largest facility of its kind in the area with 76 units. The two-story structure will include two elevators for residents' convenience.
Holland has completed two additional supportive living facilities - The Cambridge House of Maryville and O'Fallon - that are managed by BMA Management, Ltd., a subsidiary of Blair Minton & Associates, Inc., developer on the Heritage Woods projects.

Gleason Architects, PC of Sugar Grove, Ill. provided architectural services for both Mt. Vernon and Centralia.
