Holland Construction Services Completes TheBANK of Edwardsville in Belleville

BELLEVILLE - TheBANK of Edwardsville's new Belleville Center in West Belleville is open for business as the financial institution's first facility in the Belleville area. Completed by Holland Construction Services Inc., the 4,600-square-foot building is conveniently located at the corner of Frank Scott Parkway and West Main Street.
"The opening of the Belleville Center solidifies our presence in the community and our dedication to remaining one of the oldest community banks in the region," said Rich Watson, senior vice president of operations for TheBANK of Edwardsville. "We promise to bring to our new and existing customers in Belleville the tradition, innovation and community service for which TheBANK has built its reputation."
Customer convenience is extended with four drives-through lanes, easy accessibility and a spacious parking lot. The banking center's brick exterior features an identifying tower with aluminum composite exterior panels. Inside, warm colors and finishes create a quality environment reflective of quality services. The building features a progression of space as customers walk into the lobby, with the building unfolding as defined areas, with a coffee station, television and literature area provided for customer comfort.

Lefferson and Associates, Inc. of Alton provided architectural and design services on the Belleville facility.
In recent months, Holland also completed renovations on two existing structures for TheBANK of Edwardsville - one in Granite City and one in Collinsville.
