Holland Construction Services Completes Renovations on Two Facilities For TheBANK of Edwardsville

Holland Construction Services gave the Collinsville and Granite City branches of TheBANK of Edwardsville makeovers that resulted in updated appearances and greater functionality for both buildings.
The Granite City bank (Nameoki Center) now features a new teller line and a ceramic tile lobby area. The basic floor plan was reconfigured to allow more effective and efficient use of space. The $300,000 renovation of the 2,500-square-foot building also included the addition of another drive-up lane, redesigning of the parking lot to simplify traffic flow and relocation of the drive-up automatic teller machine for customer convenience.
“We always appreciate Holland Construction and the quality work they bring to the projects they do for TheBANK of Edwardsville,” said Rich Watson, senior vice president of operations for TheBANK. “We wanted to give the Collinsville Center and the Nameoki Center a new facelift not only for aesthetics, but also to show our customers in Collinsville and Granite City that we are there to stay.”
The Collinsville Center’s $330,000 renovation included a whole new exterior look for the 10,000-square-foot facility. Blue siding was replaced with a concrete foundation, brick veneer and aluminum storefront windows, as well as new entry elements that included a small addition.
“Our Collinsville Center was one of our first locations outside of Edwardsville. Its success is one of the reasons TheBANK has been able to grow its customer base throughout the Metro East,” Watson said. “Similarly, the Nameoki Center is one of our busiest locations, and we are excited to be giving our loyal customers a new and improved banking center that will allow them faster, more convenient service.”
Grubbs & Associates provided architectural services for the two bank renovations.
Holland is also currently building a new facility for TheBANK of Edwardsville in Belleville and has completed four additional facilities for the bank.
