Holland Construction Services Completes Another Facility for TheBANK of Edwardsville
SWANSEA – Holland Construction Services completed TheBANK of Edwardsville’s 20th bank branch, now open in Swansea after an official grand opening in September.
HCS finished the banking center on time and on budget, meeting an aggressive schedule in just 12 weeks, in spite of losing nearly three weeks due to inclement weather.
The $1.2 million, 3,000-square-foot structure at 3685 Sullivan Drive features TheBANK’s identifying tower element, EIFS accents and an architectural shingled roof. Four drive-through lanes and a fifth for a drive-up automatic teller machine; a night depository and easy accessibility makes services easy for banking customers.

This is the eighth project Holland has been involved with for TheBANK of Edwardsville. Past projects include a new banking center in West Belleville and updates of two existing structures in Granite City and Collinsville.
The Swansea facility is TheBANK of Edwardsville’s third center in St. Clair County. The bank has been in business for 140 years. Current assets exceed $1.1 billion.
