Holland Construction Services Completes Two Illinois National City Branches

Two more National City facilities are open for business in Southwestern Illinois, completed in recent months by Holland Construction Services, Inc.
The two additional facilities - one in Belleville and one in Edwardsville - are just under 3,000 square feet. The branch in the Edwardsville Crossing development opens to a large customer lobby and offers customer convenience with three drive-up lanes and a drive-up automatic teller machine.
The Belleville branch is located in the easily accessible Green Mount Commons development with a large parking lot and convenient customer entry and drive-up lanes. The large lobby and teller line greets customers with upscale woodwork and ceramic tile.
"Holland's work on the Illinois banks has been excellent," said Andy Baker, National City's retail market executive in greater St. Louis. "We have worked with Holland before, and we always find the team to be courteous and professional, and the buildings were completed as scheduled. The company did a great job from start to finish."
He said that National City chose Holland due to its outstanding reputation, and the bank plans to continue the working relationship as the National City continues to expand in Southwestern Illinois.
National City has opened five new locations in the Metro East since the beginning of 2006. In addition to the Belleville and Edwardsville facilities, Holland Construction also completed the National City branches in Waterloo, Collinsville and O'Fallon. GPD Group of Akron, Ohio provided architectural services on all five facilities that Holland has constructed for National City.
