Holland Construction Services Building First Troy Walgreens

TROY, MO - Holland Construction Services broke ground on the first Walgreen Co. retail location to be constructed in Troy, MO.
The $2.3 million, 14,500-square-foot Walgreens store is owned by Turnbull Properties, LLC, and will stand in Turnbull Business Park located at the town's main intersection at Highway 47 and Lincoln Street.
In addition to a large retail space in the split face block and brick building with stone accents, the store will offer photographic services and a drive-thru pharmacy.
"We're very happy to be working with Turnbull Properties and Walgreens on this project," said Bruce Holland, president of Holland Construction Services. "We're glad to be a part of the exciting commercial development taking place in Troy."
The Lawrence Group of St. Louis performed architectural services on the project.
Among the multiple Walgreens retail locations constructed by Holland are the stores at Watson Road in Crestwood, MO, Kennerly Center in South St. Louis County and one on North Lindbergh in Hazelwood.
