Holland Construction Services Completes Troy's First Walgreens
TROY, MO - Holland Construction Services, Inc. recently completed the new Walgreens retail store at the busy intersection of Highway 47 and Lincoln Drive in Troy, Mo.
The 2.3 million, 14,500-square-foot freestanding building marks Walgreens debut in the growing community. The architectural concrete block, brick and stone facility offers retail services, film developing and a pharmacy equipped with convenient drive-thru service. "The project went very smooth," said Harold Turnbull, manager of building owner Turnbull Properties, LLC. "Everything went well. The superintendent, project manager and the entire Holland team were very easy to work with." Turnbull said Holland was very responsive in meeting all expectations, delivering high quality work on time and on budget.
The Lawrence Group of St. Louis was the architectural firm on the project.
Holland Construction has completed multiple Walgreen Co. projects, including stores in Kennerly Center in South St. Louis County, Manchester Road in Ballwin, Watson Road in Crestwood and North Lindbergh in Hazelwood.
