Mungenast Lexus built as 1st LEED dealership

Dave Mungenast Lexus of St. Louis, located at 13700 Manchester Road in Manchester, Mo., plans to open Nov. 4.
The $16 million, 70,000-square-foot dealership is the first Lexus new car dealership facility planned and built from the ground-up following Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design guidelines, stringent standards for eco-friendly designs.
The project’s contractors and construction partners included HDA Architects and Holland Construction Services. Vertegy served as the LEED consultant on the project.
