We are proud of the fact that Holland Construction Services is ahead of the curve in following the trend toward environmentally responsible building practices – and we have the credentials to prove it. As a member of the U.S. Green Building Council, we have dedicated a tremendous amount of our staff resources to education and experience in green building standards. Over one-third of our staff members are accredited in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), and we plan to continue to grow our green efforts to meet the changing needs of our clients and their environmental concerns.

LEED is an internationally recognized green building certification system, providing third-party verification that a building or community was designed and built using strategies aimed at improving performance across all the metrics that matter most: energy savings, water efficiency, CO₂ emissions reduction, improved indoor environmental quality, and stewardship of resources and sensitivity to their impacts.
