Q: I cannot login to the ftp site
A: Check your Username and password. Verify that capslock is off.
Make sure you have your browser or ftp client configured correctly. Check with your system
administrator.
Try using an alternate browser or ftp client.
Make sure your corporate firewall allows for FTP access. Check with your system administrator.
Q: I have downloaded files from the FTP site and cannot open them
A: You may be missing the appropriate software to view the documents. All files are formatted as
PDF’s. Acrobat Reader or any type of PDF Reader is required.
Q: When I click on the ftp link it automatically logs in, but I see a different project
A: Most likely your password from a different project has been saved. To resolve this, click on the
file menu and choose Login As, uncheck save password and log in automatically.
