MERIDIAN CENTRE Meridian Centre office building in Glen Carbon’s Meridian Commercial Park. Providing much-needed additional office space for the growing Edwardsville/Glen Carbon community, the three-story, $2.1 million Meridian Centre Two features 25,500 square feet in a mirror image of Meridian Centre One, the site’s existing three-story building completed by Holland in 2001. Developer and owner Meridian Partners, LLC includes several partners, all who maintain offices in Meridian Centre One. Partner Dan Hurford of Hurford Architects said HCS did a wonderful job with Meridian Centre One, and the partners were pleased to work with the company again. "Holland is very good to work with and provides quality construction," Hurford said.
